Advantages and disadvantages of placing a table top rotation axis compared to a side rotation axis
- The control system for placing the table top rotating axis is DSPA11, (when using the rotating axis, the line of the X axis will be replaced by the line of the rotating axis, or a three-axis system) The side rotating axis is DSPA18, which belongs to the four-axis system
- The machining length of the side rotating shaft cannot be customized, generally it is the same as the length of the table. The length of the rotating shaft of the table top can be customized, and the general diameter can be selected on standard machines: 100mm, 200mm, not more than 200mm
- Placing the countertop rotating shaft saves space and cost, but it is a little more troublesome to change the line back and forth and carry it. Generally, the countertops of 2030 and above can only be used to place the countertop rotating shaft.
- The processing effect of the side rotating shaft will be more stable, finer and better.
