Introduction of Zicar Push Table Saw

The 45° saw blade can be inclined, not only can cut right angles, but also can effectively cut 0-45° boards, used for solid wood furniture, soft bags, etc.

90° can only be cut at right angles, used in the production of panel furniture, cabinets, wardrobes and the construction industry, etc.

How to judge the quality of the saw?

  1. The fuselage of this product is made of 5mm steel plate, laser cutting and blanking, the fuselage is stable and the precision is high
  2. Pure copper motor (copper core motor): The use of copper clad aluminum motor (aluminum core motor) by other brands will lead to unstable current, easy to burn out the motor, and greatly reduce the service life of the machine.

The difference between the aluminum core motor and the copper core motor of the motor:

  1. Pure copper wire motor is more durable. Aluminum has a larger resistance than copper, and it generates a higher heat during use, which is easy to burn out the motor. Moreover, the welding of aluminum and copper cannot be naturally integrated, and the connection point of the power line is easily burned out, resulting in a much lower lifespan than the pure copper wire motor.
  2. Pure copper wire motor is more energy efficient. The resistance of circuit elements is proportional to the amount of heat generated, and the larger the resistance, the greater the heat. Pure copper wire has lower resistance than aluminum wire, low heat generation, smooth current, no waste of heat, power saving and energy saving.
  3. The pure copper core motor is quieter. Noise energy doubles for every 3 dB increase in noise on average. The noise of the aluminum wire motor is 7 decibels higher than that of the copper wire motor, so the noise of the aluminum wire motor is more than twice the noise of the copper wire motor.
  4. The price of aluminum wire motors is cheap. Because of this, in some price wars, the products of aluminum wire motors will be more than twice as cheap as those of copper wire motors, which also prompts a large number of purchases by middle and low-level consumers.
  5. In terms of quality, copper wire motors are superior to aluminum wires in terms of wire performance and service life. Another point in production is that the aluminum wire embedded in the motor is brittle in quality, low in toughness and easy to break, which is 30% lower than the qualified rate of copper wire of the same thickness.
